The toxic gases produced during the welding process is directly inhaled by the welders, causing serious health problems, the goal is to minimize/remove the toxic fumes from the working area.

 

​ADVANCED WELDING HOLDER​

An Integrated Advanced Welding Holder (AWH) comes with an adjustable fume collector, adjustable welding glass, adjustable welding rod holder and a chuck type welding rod holder tip.

The fume collector vent is designed to have maximum suction through the small inlet vent. The vent is attached with a flexible metal tube connected to the suction pump. The welding rod holder is ergonomically designed to provide ease of access. The safety glass attached with the holder can also be rotated according to the user’s convenience.

The AWH is first of its kind to integrate all the basic welding safety equipments into a single device, this design improves the efficiency and quality of the welding.
