The manual stirring process involves hard labour and working at high temperatures for a prolonged period. This results in serious health effects and we have developed a solution for the prevailing issue.

FURNACE STIRRING AUTOMATION

The stirring is automated by using two stirrers each positioned opposite to each other. The stirrer works with various linkages and slider blocks. The links are connected to a chain drive which is again connected to a gearbox attached with a Motor.

 

The stirrers' speed need to be varied and also requires a high torque during the initial process. The stirring mechanism is designed where the two stirrers stir the molten metal without spilling outside and touching the sides of the crucible and extracting more volume. Our automated stirrer eliminates the need of labour for stirring process.
